Where do you ship?
Shipping is limited to the contiguous United States at this time. We are not able to process orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or American Territories.
If you are looking to ship Rhythm Superfoods outside of the contiguous U.S., you can place orders through Amazon, Greenline, Thrive Market, Vitacost and Lucky Vitamin. Please see our full shipping policy here.

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email feedback@rhythmsuperfoods.com with "Change My Order" or "Cancel My Order" and your Order Number in the subject line along with a clear description of what needs to be changed and we will try to accommodate requests. We cannot refund, cancel, or edit an order once it leaves our warehouse and is in transit to its final destination.

How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order ships to the email address on your order. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email us at feedback@rhythmsuperfoods.com. Please allow 8 - 10 business days for delivery and up to 48-72 hours for tracking information to change during transit. Please expect delays if you place an order after 5PM EST on Fridays.

What do I do if I never received my package?
If your tracking information is showing 'delivered' please first contact the carrier. If the issue is not resolved, please reach out to feedback@rhythmsuperfoods.com with your order number and ship to address.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
If you're not satisfied with your order, please send an email to feedback@rhythmsuperfoods.com within 10 days of your purchase date. Please provide photos for any fulfillment errors so we may improve our fulfillment process. We do not offer returns or exchanges due to dislike of product taste or texture. For any defective product we are happy to replace the item(s) in question. Please see our full return policy here. We cannot refund, cancel, or edit an order once it leaves our warehouse and is in transit to its final destination.

How do I edit or cancel my subscription order?
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Can I order your products wholesale?
Yes, Rhythm Superfoods is carried nationally through several distributors: UNFI, KeHE, DOT, DPI, Coremark, Tropical Foods, and McLane — contact them directly to get the best pricing and distribution for your area. Please send an email to sales@rhythmsuperfoods.com for help in determining the best fit for your store.

What do I do if my favorite grocer doesn’t carry your products?
If you have a store near you that you want to stock our products, you can print out the Product Request Form and give it to your local store. Many stores take into account customer requests when deciding on new products to carry.

Our Products

How are your snacks made?
Our Kale Chips and Watermelon Slices are gently dehydrated and delightfully crispy (or chewy in the case of our Watermelon). Our Carrot Sticks and Beet Chips are gently dehydrated and then pressure popped, and our Mushroom Crisps, Cauliflower Bites and Broccoli Bites are low heat crisped to preserve that close-to-fresh flavor right in the bag.

Are the desiccant packets in your products harmful if accidentally ingested?
The desiccant packets are food grade and non-toxic, so they are not harmful to your health if they are accidentally ingested. The active ingredients are GRAS certified (generally recognized as safe) and help capture any moisture that may get into the package so that our products stay fresh and crunchy for you to enjoy. What are the quality standards for Rhythm Superfoods products?
All of our products are:

Do your products contain allergens?
All of our products are manufactured in a facility that processes sesame. This is why our packaging makes the allergen claim: "packaged in a facility that processes sesame". Our Kale Chips contain tahini or ground sesame seeds, and our Everything Bagel Broccoli Bites contain sesame seeds. However, none of our snacks contain nuts as ingredients.

Are your products kosher?
All of our products are Certified Kosher except for our Cauliflower Bites and Broccoli Bites.

Did the nutritional information on your Cauliflower Bites change?
In order to improve the texture and overall product quality of the cauliflower bites, we updated our process and recipe. This required a change in the Nutritional Fact Panel. Please see product pages for details and reference the nutritional information on our website for the most updated panel. We hope you find this to be a superior product and a more enjoyable experience.
